easy to drive, just read the manual on how to lock
No instructions for locking/unlocking the car, took time to work out to do it manually which caused delays. NO trolley or straps provided as stated in the description. Very inconvenient as it was why I chose this car, disapointing. There was also trash left in the car.
van was missing the trolley and straps which resulted in us having to change our plans and what furniture we were and weren't able to pick up/move.
