No lockbox. Owner asked us to get keys from mailbox. Uber Carshare gave a wrong address so we went to wrong house, had tRouble calling the owner until she called 5 minutes after. Got access to the car 12 minutes late from arranged time. Car was in great condition no problem at all. Returned the car 3 minutes passed the return schedule and got charged additional 15 minutes.
