Firstly the car got me from A to B as intended however the state of the car was below par. There was a number of scratches, dints etc. across the car. Having never used Car Next Door I made sure to take many pictures of these to not have this bite me and have them claimed against me. I then entered the vehicle and found the back site completely covered in animal hair. The driver and passenger seat in front were also dirty with french fries on the floor also. I then went to leave post assessing state of vehicle and the car was on empty, so I had to go to the service station and fill car up. All in all, this was not what I was expecting.

Hey Jye, thanks for your feedback. That sucks you had that experience. I noticed the animal hair recently and cleaned it straight away. I've since unclassified my car as "Pet friendly". That's a shame past riders have left the car in that state. I'll take a more conscious effort to keep it in cleaner order in the future to prevent this from happening again, however it is difficult to check up on the car after each ride.
