Its a very well looked after van very easy to drive feels like a car. Easy to park and manoeuvre very stable on the road and very economical on petrol. Heaps of room in the back with barn doors that open all the way when needed (just remove the pin on the doors)

The experience was easy as a whole. Key collection to pick up and drop off. Vehicle was in an ok condition but was not expecting much different. Would definitely use again if required.
The van was in good condition and is easy to drive and load. For anyone looking to move into a larger apartment block, this iLoad makes it under the standard 2.1m height restriction, so it's good for that. Unfortunately, after confirming several weeks before my booking that there would be a loading trolley with the van, George emailed me exactly 13 hours before my 7am booking, saying there would not be a trolley. At this point all of the other vans with trolleys near me were already booked, leaving me with very limited options. This cost me about 2 hours in time to fix, as I had to find and pay for my own trolley, when George explicitly told me there would be one available with the booking. Poor show mate.
