Generally the car was modern and easy to drive, so the rating is only based on the below. I would have otherwise rated it a 10. Car was already damaged from a previous crash so it took me over 30 mins to prepare photos pre-trip and pos-trip, which isn’t convenient for anyone and really slowed down my plans. Also the car next door app doesn’t seem to upload photos properly and no one was answering their help line, which made the experience even more frustrating. Another car had parked in the designated shared space so it was another issue to add to the list. The car was dirty, someone had previously gone to the beach and brought the sand with them and not cleaned it afterwards. Also it smelled like food, maybe a kebab as there was a smell in the car which eventually dissipated after leaving the windows open for a while.
