Parking was a mission as limited spaces and no reception

We had planned a short weekend away in sydney and decided to go for a more expensive luxury car for comfort and reliability! Firstly the car was filthy both inside and out, but we could put up with that. As we started our trip we noticed the service light flashing. Being a short trip we did pay much attention to it. Not until the second day when the ‘warning low tyre pressure light’ started flashing. For piece of mind we called ‘car next door to ask for advice’. They rudely advised. ‘ its not the end of the world and anything that happens to the car whilst i was driving was my responsibility and i would either have to call the RACV or take it to a garage and get it repaired at my expense! I have spoken with the owner of the car and he advised me its 2 months over due for service and the tyre warning light comes on from time to time! Car nexts doors policy is that cars must be maintained. This one certainly was not and the threatening comments made by your customer services are not acceptable. I will be leaving my feedback on every possible review platform i can find and will certainly never use your service again!

You cannot get access to the car, you have to get past the gate. No instructions on how to strart it and jt was FiILTHY!!!! He said to contact you guys
