The car was extremely dirty and smelly. Dog hair and urination was inside the car. My son got sick and diary. The only reason I didn't return it earlier was because the night I booked I didnt notice , it was very late midnight, the next day I was not in Melbourne and my wife had no choice but to use it. I feel that I was cheated by the owner of this car. It was not up to any standard
