The van was great,has a trolley and blankets inside and a lot of space. But the area for drop off it’s only one street that has unrestricted parking. It is very difficult to find available parking, we couldn’t. The van should have a parking permit, it is not fair for the owner to pass on the risk of a fine to whoever decides to rent for just an hour or two just because they want to have it in the heart of Bondi Junction, without a parking permit in place
Car not in the location, it was 10 mins drive away! The car had no petrol at all, I barely made it to the closest petrol station. The car is also damaged and a few key scratchs.
I am a returning car next door customer and usually very happy with my experience. Today was very different and unsatisfactory for the following reasons 1- Current address of the car was not provided and I had to contact customer service to get the location of the car. 2- after searching for 30 minutes we found the car. This went into our travel time and affected our schedule for what we needed the van for. 3- when we did find the van - it was in terrible condition. Low petrol, doors were damaged, trunk bed very unclean. 4- the return address did not have any free and all day parking. We had to find alternative parking and this again added time to the end of our trip. This has been extremely costly for our plans and altered our moving day experience. The costs added for late return were also an inconvenience to us as we found the issues that came with this car were not compensated.
