The Yellow Submarine is a great little basic commercial van. It's got a removable false floor in the back, making it equally perfect for carting things around, or throwing a mattress in there for a sleepover at the beach. It's a short wheelbase model, so very easy to park, plus you get 30 mins free in loading zones. No frills, runs well, easy to drive and it's YELLOW :)

Had problems fitting furniture in due to false floor. Engine did backfire when on a hill start but as a small van it would be a useful rental.
Thanks Simon, glad the Yellow Sub was able to assist. The false floor is removable and should be able to lay flat at 90º on the ground to provide more room. I'll add this to the important information section of the profile. I really need to create a "Cheat Sheet" for people to help with these little tips. Cam
Car was not parked where the maps said it was. Campbell was not available when I called him. Customer service had no options for me. I am apparently being refunded the trip which is great, but I literally reshuffled my day and a friends day to move stuff In this narrow window and didn’t get the car until an hour after we needed it. I needed to give it a little has to get it started, but the car was fine besides that(and being parked 1km plus away from the pickup spot)
Hi Andrew, I'm sorry you had trouble finding the Yellow Sub. It was definitely parked right outside its ideal parking address at 55 Grosvenor Cres, Summer Hill. Maybe there is a problem with the GPS tracker, I'll follow up with support to see what happened there. Also apologies for not being available to assist you personally. In correct location, lock box on front window, loved driving manual!!!! *(Forgot to tick Auto but all good!) Lovely turn radius and transmission was a breeze, even for someone who hasn’t driven a manual in months. I fit a queen bed frame in the back, but easily fits other household items. Charge cords for everything under the sun, and loved the Hands-Free attachment! Very cool van.
