The van doesn't lock. I tried to lock it, but the locking mechanism pops back again after pressing the lock button on the car key remote. I texted Marc but didn't receive a text back so I called him his instruction was to press the lock on the car remote and then put it inside the lock box and he will come back later to lock it, and that's what I've done. I have requested Marc to reply to my sms but I am yet to recieve it.
