Car was extremely unclean and have been charged almost extra 20km than I actually did. Luckily I have the proof.

It was very dirty The lady forgot to leave the key on the lockbox, we had to waste over 20m looking for the key and trying to reach her The peteil card was supposed to be on the glovebox, however we couldnt find it, photos were taken.
