All seats at the back fold down into a flat platform to move bulky or long items easily. Roof racks, flip down rear tray tables are standard. HUGE Electronic Moonroof! Heating / airconditioning OK! (It has a central glovebox 'cooler' - it's not a fridge) Recently checked brakes and serviced regularly (161k mileage Nov 2023 serviced) Please note - Car has no radio/stereo (searching for a replacement) 4 days or more = 10% discount, requires a call or text to me prior to booking (Need an even bigger/more comfortable car? We also have a 7-seater Volvo XC90 which is positioned in Preston, call/mention 'Citroen C4' and I'll reduce 10% off the Volvo if you go for it) [Pre-existing minor damage underneath front/rear bumper is already recorded, don't worry]

Overall, we got our work done in the car. The car headlights were out and we informed the owner and the customer care about it. The customer care said they can cancel the trip and refund my money but we needed the car for a wedding. So we kept it. The owner is nice and said he will get that fixed later. The car is old and the gear changes are a bit slow. If we stop at a signal, the car rolls back a little bit before accelerating. The engine light is on, and the owner said he know about it and its becaue the radio is not connected to the system. It takes you from point A to point B, but i will not be booking it again.
The car’s left headlight bulb blew during your booking, which is unfortunate but unpredictable. It has now already been replaced this morning and as you know, it has two backup side/front illuminators which handled your journey over the rest of your booking. The gear ratios and slight rollback are characteristic for a Citroen of this model year, having said that - it’s a people/goods mover, not a sports car and we are happy to hear it assisted you during your wedding needs. Glad to know everyone made it safely from point A to point B. We believe we have priced it competitively for being the 7-seater MPV it is, especially without a radio and we ensure it is consistently serviced regularly. Unfortunately there were items that you left behind and didn’t dispose off, please do this when borrowing other people’s cars in future. Other than that, if I wasn’t traveling in Sydney I would have offered a swap with our other 7-seater for free. Same goes for anyone who books in the future, if it’s available.

Hello I had a terrible experience with this car. First thing car is not clean and I can find that sand and muds are filled up on the seats. Worst car I would say because this car head light wasn’t working and car has got its engine lights on. Also, I spoke to the car owner about the untidy car service and got a rude verbal conversation from his end. This is my first trip and I had a worst experience with this rental service. Most importantly I got a confusion from the customer service saying that my service has got cancelled which caused Chaos half the way with my trip. Overall, I need a explanation why this car has been registered with your rental service along with refund of my rental amount which is not appropriate as my customer service expectations are not met.
