Lock box was not on the car. Had to call the owner for key and wait 15 minutes to get it. Also car interior was not clean.

Car was picked up with almost no fuel in the tank that it was vital to have to detour to a petrol station before proceeding with the trip. Given that this was a last minute hire due to an urgent situation, the unnecessary delay was not appreciated. Exterior of car was filthy with dirt and a few bird dropping encrusting the exterior while the driver & front passenger floor mats were not cleaned of dirt and debris. To cap it all off, when returning the car the private parking spot the car was picked up from was occupied by the owner's own car. Not a big deal in of itself but just a bad way to end an already disappointing experience. Functionally the car was fine. However, given the price point and the condition the car was picked up in, I think I'll look into other options before considering this car again.
