The car is what it is described but felt a bit let down because the window on the driver's seat does not work well as it was kinda frustrating to wind the window up. Besides that, the car always released a high pitched noise when doing a sharp turn. For my first experience with Car Next Door, my trip with this car is fine besides the two things that I highlighted and it is clean but for my next trip, I would rent a more recent car in years (just my personal preference).
It’s a shame you didn’t contact me regarding the window issue. The window loosing its “auto up” feature is caused by someone jamming something in the window. To fix it, simply put the window all the way up, and hold the up switch for 3 seconds. I’m disappointed to learn you have no idea not to hold a car with power steering on full lock. This causes the steering pump to squeal, and causing damage.
