Car was clean and easy to find but had mechanical problems. Went on a trip and when we were trying to start the car to go home, the car wouldn’t start. Called the owner who didn’t really know how to assist when I asked him how I should proceed since it’s my first time using this service. So I called company who was much more helpful and sent someone to help us.

Anna, the car is completely fine. The problem was with the key, that just happened because you dropped it and broke the chip inside (as the road assistance mentioned to you). You even return the key to me with a tape on it. I fell sorry to not be able to help on the phone, we borrowers cannot do much about as long as who has to request road assistance is the CND team. So, in that situation you have to call the CND 24/7 hours team. That’s why I replied you a message with the number and fortunately you solve the problem with them. I won’t request any charge for the key repair in that situation. I wish you all the best with the next book.

The car was clean and well maintained. Rafael was excellent to deal with when I left something behind in the car accidentally. Easy to drive. Would rent again. Car easy to find.
