This was my first time using Car Next Door and while the process was extremely convenient and easy to use it ended up being much more expensive than I was anticipating. As a newbie, I expected the vehicle to not only be in good working order (which it was, albeit a bit noisy and rattly - understandably being an open van) but clean internally too. I was extremely disappointed with how dirty the interior was - forget Covid, it couldn't have survived in the amount of fine dust that covered the dash, console and steering wheel (sic). It was gross, I've been in cleaner cabs and courtesy vehicles. It was definitely a negative considering the cost of using the vehicle for day. I expected to get into a clean, tidy and fresh smelling interior but it only passed the tidy and no offensive smell test. It most definitely needs an interior detail or at the very least a wet rag run over the interior surfaces. Feedback the owner can easily and quickly rectify. Other than that, it did the job I required it for - collecting a large piece of furniture.

Perfect. I plan to use again.
