Took 25 minutes to open the security lock. Eventually had to call the owner over. He also acknowledged that other customers had the same problem with the security lock. Wasted my precious time trying to make an appointment at 9:30. Car drove well but there was virtually no fuel in the tank and it was pretty messy inside. I felt like I was using a mate's Ute.
