It was worst car rent in Australia. I’ve rent the car with many company but this one was udisgusting. Car’s more than dirty and bad smell. Me and my friends couldnt touch anything in the car because was dirty everywhere. Petrol has half tank. How can the company let the car like this do rental service. I dont want to be rude but it’s the truth. Thank you.
The borrower didn't know he/she was talking about. The car park outside and under the tree it couldn't avoid to get dirt or bird poo. My car inside is not super clean but definitely is not dirty as least most borrowers didn't think so.
Kwok Mun was good in advising me kn how to use the service. The car was alright, just foundit very dirty - mud marks, dust & cobwebs outside and inside the car. Some pre-existing scratch marks & dents on the car, which i have taken photos off. Car had half-tank petrol when collected, and i pumped in back more than half back. Happy to use the service again in future. Thanks!
