Wonderful little car. Easy to find, easier to drive. Would recommend and drive again. Clean inside, however outside was very dusty.

Some problem with the lock box and I wasn't able to open it. I called the owner but she had to confirm with the last person who rented the car so it did waste my time but she was quite helpful. Car wasn't clean as their were chips in the door pockets and already opened. I looked for the keys everywhere but couldn't find it.

Extremely unhappy as the car was listed as Golf but it was actually Polo. Inside was filthy. Dash storage was broken. Hated the blue motion technology. Also it says the car has GPS navigation which is a lie. Parks in a dark garage under the building without any number on the parking area. Contacted the owner previous to pick up. Didn't even bother replying to my messages. Super rude!!
