All good. Very large space. The trolley and straps that were included really made life easier for me.

The ute had basically no oil in it when we picked it up. Didn’t have instructions on the app re what type of oil went in the car so just winged it and car didn’t break down! Would be good if there was a bottle of oil in the car so it could be topped up when needed. It was also very difficult to find a car space at all on the streets it needed to be returned to, then when I found one there was no way it would physically fit in the small space in between the other cars. I eventually rang the owner for help & didn’t get any so I just drove around for ages until eventually I found a car space. This took about an hour of driving around the block to return the car. Very annoying, although I understand inner city unmetered parking is nearly non-existent. Bare this in mind when hiring this ute as if you are in a hurry to drop it off, it may take you a long time!!! Aircon didn’t work very well and probably needs to be re-charged. It was the hottest day & aircon just wasn’t cutting it like a normal air conditioned car. Apart from those 3 things, the ute went well and was great from moving some furniture.

Basically the Ute is ok, the problem is the over all experience.. the app keeps asking for stuff and the air-conditioning in the Ute does not work so phone overheats.. . Main stress was finding parking for teturn...took 29 mins and I had to manually move a scooter so that the Ute would fit....all very stressful
