We had a few issues picking this van up. We could not locate the lock box, and eventually just tried opening the van and to our surprise, it was unlocked. We then had to rummage through all the random items and rubbish in the glovebox to find a key, which was not obviously the van’s key. There was also a disgusting amount of rubbish and dirt left in the van, including someone’s jumper. A baby seat was also in the van which we weren’t aware of. It was pretty disappointing, especially given we were in a rush and had to clean the van ourselves before using. We also just had to leave the van unlocked when we returned. Car itself ran fine.
