car drives ok but was filthy inside. much more than borrowers not shaking out mats etc etc. I had booked it for a week but cancelled 3 days to find a cleaner vehicle.

have checked interior of car, mats are no longer there, so not sure who has taken them? we will now need to buy new mats. Car is NOT filthy inside, there are a few blades of dry grass on the floor, hole in carpet that was previously concealed by stolen mats. Sorry, not to your high standards

The car worked well enough but the wheels need to be rebalanced. The car tends to drive to the left if you don't compensate with the steering wheel pointed slightly to the right. The left side of the car is damaged including the left wheel, which may possibly be the source of the steering problem. The floor mats were dirty and I'm not optimistic that the car was disinfected prior to our use. Everything else worked well including air conditioning and sound system.

Disinfectant material is available in the car for use. (It is located in the car door pockets) Due to recent inclement weather it is possible that the floor mats have been dirtied between bookings. The damage to back left door is know but no known damage to wheels? Wheels were re-balanced during last service in May so we are surprised by the comment about the car pulling to the left which my daughter who drive the car on a regular basis has not mentioned.
