Unfortunately what the ad shows and what the condition of the vehicle are two different things. The ad photo shows a clean van with with no damage. The actual van was dirty inside and has various damage as it is obviously used a commercial delivery vehicle. In addition it had no fuel. Unfortunately I had already committed to picking up the items on the day and could not cancel when I inspected the van. This is the only reason I am giving the thumbs down is because I felt misled. Santosh was very pleasant on the phone however I feel that the ad has to be accurate.
