This Ford Transit MWB Mid-Top (Mid Roof) van has power steering, a really powerful DIESEL engine with a 6-speed manual gear box. Please note before booking: >> the sliding door is not opening from the outside at the moment - you should plan to use the rear barn doors only << **Warning - the external height of this van is 2.4 metres ** It can move a fridge upright - up to 1.65m tall. There's 1 sliding side door and 2 barn doors at the rear - with super bright LED interior lighting in cargo area. It has a factory-fitted solid cargo barrier and there's 9 (nine) heavy-duty tie down points in the floor plus it has great rear-end suspension to handle heavier loads + you can even load 2.25 pallets in the back! It's HUGE inside - bigger than most other vans. In the back: Load Length = 2949mm; Load Width = 1645mm (1390mm between wheel arches); Load Height = 1645mm. Total Vol = 8550L. It also has CD/Stereo with AUX input (inside the top compartment on PAX side - bring your own aux cable) + dual USB charger (inside top compartment on DRIVER side - along with 12V power outlet). *TROLLEY HAS BEEN STOLEN!!!* (THERE WAS A moving TROLLEY included (with stretchy straps to secure when driving) + 2x5m tie downs. - ALL GONE) A movers blanket and sheets/towels can be found in compartment above front cabin (access from cargo area) - use with care. Yes - it will fit a FRIDGE UPRIGHT (up to about 165cm) and a Queen size bed plus loads of boxes, all together! (and yes it is *WAY* bigger - nearly twice as big - in the back than a Toyota Hiace and the Hyundai iLoad!!) MWB = medium wheel base, means it's a little longer than average car/SUV - so it won't always fit in a smaller car space - but it's still super easy to drive! Huge! Way better than last removal van I rented because it fits so much stuff. Very easy to drive and fairly quiet for a large van.
Thanks very much for the feedback Louise! I agree, it's practically a TARDIS ;) in the back! BTW - there is a dual USB charger in the dash - but you have to lift the lid right in front of the driver to find it... (I know, what a strange place to put it!)
Massive Van! can do so much with it.
Thanks Luke :)
