The car drove well, very spacious, can easily fit 3 people in the front, however the reer view mirror is clearly faulty and I had to sticky tape it to make sure I could see where I was going as I drove. The floor is quite worn away and did rub off on some of my white furniture.
At an expected emergency sudden breaking cases, even at a speed as low as 20-40 km, the car’s breaking mechanical system has failed to engage on the break disks. This allowed the vehicle to maintain its speed when not wanted. I do not appreciate to be given a vehicle which is unfit for the road and placed my life and my loved ones at risk. Additionally, The rear view mirror is at a state where it is not able to maintain its set position. This means while driving, my rear view has been distorted due to the instability of the failed mechanism
The vehicles breaks have been checked by a mechanic and are working completely fine. The van is completely mechanically fit and sound for use. You were clearly driving far too fast for the road conditions!
Would rent again because it was cheap but the rear mirror inside the car had broken and kept falling down so couldn't see properly. Space is good enough though.
