Our trip has been cancelled by the owner, and has been replaced by another car. We ordered mitsubishi mirage 2016 owned by Raisa, but the owner has changed the car with mitsubishi mirage 2013. We have rent that Mitsubishi mirage 2013 a day before and we don't like the car, cause it's old and uncomfortable, we're expecting newer car, that's why we book again for our next trip for 3 days a Mitsubishi mirage 2016, also owned by raisa. But the next day, when we were on our way to the garage to take the Mitsubishi mirage 2016, the owner suddenly cancelled our trip just 15 minutes before we were suppose to begin our trip. We were confuse, because we were about to leave and we don't have a car, just 15 minutes before our trip. This had ruined our plan, we have to cancel some of our trip and wasted our precious time in Melbourne. We booked the Mitsubishi mirage 2016 for 4 days, and suddenly it was cancelled. We received an email from Car next door explain that our trip has been cancelled by the owner and offered us a refund, or book another car. But, 15 minutes after that, we received an email said that the owner changed our car into Mitsubishi mirage 2013, the same care we book the other day, that we don't want to use anymore. The system has automatically started our journey with that replacement car, which we didn't use and we did not want to use. I refuse to pay for the journey with the replacement car. I have rented car from Europcar because I'm disappointed with the Car Next door. Why would we want to use a car we dont want?. If we wanted the Mitsubishi mirage 2013 we used before, we would have booked it for 5 days stright. The weird thing is we saw that Mitsubishi mirage 2016 is advertised again in the Car next door app. Why do we have to use a car we dont want? I complained about it to Car Next door but there's no response, just automatic generated email reply. So yes, we don't use the car, we never use the car and we don't do the trip. The car is still on the garage, we never use it, please check the car in the garage and check the CCTV if they have it, we never use the car. For our trip the next 4 fays, we rent car from Europcar. I've sent you emails and complains said that we won't use that car and demand refund. We're very disappointed with the Car Next door. Please check our email, and please let us know

Hi Donny, I am sorry that your original reservation had to be cancelled and changed. I was not privy to any of your replies or concerns at the time. A previous borrower was late in returning the original car you booked hence the necessity to look into a possible booking change to another car. I thought Carnextdoor support had arranged things and discussed it properly with you so that you had your concerns and clear agreement prior to any change being made. I was not involved in that. Anyway, apologies for the bad experience there, and I do hope the above sufficiently explains what happened. Everything was outside of our control with the previous borrower being late with return prior to your booking start time. I would actually have preferred your booking to have remained as is with no change but what can you do.
