Mitchell was very easy to contact and very helpful. It’s hard to find car parking in the vicinity of the train station during peak times of work in the week. Disappointed there was literally no petrol when I picked the car up, it wasn’t where it was meant to be at the time I booked and the car was dirty. I had to clean someone else’s mess. Overall, I would hire Mitchell’s car again as it was good to drive and very comfortable and he was easy to communicate with.
this is what happened the previous borrower drops the car a few hours late. he was at the hospital for some reason. he couldn't pick up the phone. I am an apology for this.
