The car was dirty and drove like a pig ran very rough the automatic transmission needs servicing or its on its way out

Car did the job, was surprised by the damage on the drivers door when first arriving to collect the car

Car was great! Was clean and smelt lovely. Mechanically it ran well. Air con also worked extremely well, super cold!!!

The car was quite dirty externally, not a big issue and the owner did inform us of this via text message, but when i texted the owner back asking if the exterior dirtiness would affect the photos i did not get a reply, probably because when we arrived to pick up the car the drivers side door was smashed in, not in any of the cars description or photos of the car, which show it in pristine clean condition, only other real issue was that the boot was covered in pet hair and despite trying to vacuum and clean it, it was not possible to remove it, so didn’t use the boot at all during the hire, all food shopping and clothes went on the back seat, we know the car is pet friendly and so are both of ours as we do also have a dog, but both our cars are pet hair free, not hard to do. We did also have to clean the interior, wipe it down and vacuum. We did hire the car for 21 days and looked after it as if it was ours and think that is a great outcome for the owner and think that more could have been done by the owner to provide a better experience for his clients. The car also smelled of cigarette smoke that two air fresheners couldn’t mask. Every time someone sat in the car they made a comment about the cigarette smoke smell.
