It was my first experience with the app and in general was good. The only problem was that the car wasn’t parked at the place that was showing in the app, so we called to the owner and we took longer than we supposed to start out trip, but he was kind and fast in support us solve the situation. After that, everything was ok! The car worked perfectly, it has a lot of space, and our trip was comfortable and safe. My overall experience was amazing and i would recommend the car.
