Keys weren't left in lock box, so had to call owner and then wait 20 more minutes for them to drop the keys to me. Be aware that this car is very dirty as it is clearly used for dogs and not cleaned as there was marks on the windows as well as hair everywhere, I mean everywhere. Had to clean it a lot before taking it out for the day. Unfortunately was then charged for the cleaning of the car as owner reported it dirty and was charged 60 dollars. Very bad first experience using this app and rather disappointed in the person behind the jeep itself.
