Car drove fine, good condition but there are a lot of warning lights on the dash and the abs wasn't working. Very handy vehicle but needs a service.
Trip was great but there was some sound from the car during entire trip, which was bit unpleasant. The car was not clean as described. However, car was spacious.
The boot is often used by people moving stuff and there are bits around inevitably. The occasional whistling noise is from the roof rack.
I had mixed feelings about this rental. It was spacious and exactly what I needed although it has a strong smell of monster energy drinks and there are a few Machanical issues - Particularly the breaks which squeaking to start of with. The engine light was on the entire time I rented and it didn’t sound all that healthy which was a bit of a worry when driving. There was a notification on the dash that said “ABS needed servicing” or something like that.
I removed the car air refresher since some people surprisingly think it's monster energy drink smell. I also took the car to mechanics for an inspection and service today. The break pads were truly quite worn out possibly due to recent excess driving so had them all replaced. ABS service reminder is always there and cannot be cleared but that's not a mechanic issue.
Great car! Drives easy, plenty of space. Stanley is friendly and helpful :)
