Although the owner was very helpful in picking up the calls and helping us, the car itself is pretty bad. 1) car pickup location was inaccurate, thankfully we called the owner else we would have walked 13 mins and still wouldn't be able to figure out the location 2)the keys JUST DOES NOT COME out of the ignition, it is 100% a car issue. We were left traumatized because we ended up sitting in the cat for 15 mins at each location to try and get the hey out 3) we lost 1 hour in just sorting this issue and ruined our whole days plan Will never ever hire this car again
