•Vehicle was dirty and smelly. •There is no water Coming out to clean the windscreen as it was dirty. We had to replenish it. • The cabin seats are dirty. • There are scratches and dings on the exterior back side panels. Obvious that the vehicle has been badly driven or handled! • Cabin front and back floors are dirty! • Mechanically the vehicle drives well. • Easy to locate and return. • I won’t hire it again due to the condition of the vehicle!
Hi Ange, Thanks for your review and feedback. The van is continuously in bookings during this period and due to the water restrictions, it is not feasibe for me to have it cleaned before each booking. It is a shared vehicle so you cannot expect it be like any other rental vehicle. I am aware of the paint damage which has been reported to CND. I will have them repaired after the peak season. The vehicle is also scheduled for a clean next week. Thanks I am glad the vehicle was fit for purpose and was mechanically sound. I keep it well maintained but I agree that it is not pristine for obvious reasons
