Although I sent an email to the owner to install the rear seats 3 days in advance, they were not installed. We had to cancel the trip and find another car that can fit enough people.
The vehicle was great, only thing worth nothing is that the car has AUX but no cable and there's no phone holder to help with Google maps. Car itself was perfect.
Thanks you for the suggestions, we will make note. However, we find that cables and phone holders tend to go missing after bookings.
