Hi Youssef, I am sorry to hear you had a poor experience with the car. If you were able to elaborate on the particular issues, I could have replied. Having driven the car quite a bit, my own personal experience is that this is a great car to drive. Very light and easy to drive.
Car cannot be found. Owner could not be contacted
Hi Pereira, the car is parked in the spot per the parking instructions. The best port of call for issues of location is Carnextdoor support. The owner is not the contact for this issue. As much as I would want to help, I generally can't tell you easily because I have several cars hosted on Carnextdoor and they have different locations.
I tried calling the owner a few times and left a few voice messages as well. But I never got a call back or a reply.
Hi Rezon, the first port of call for issues like this is Carnextdoor support. Having said that, we do try to answer calls as often as we can, and just let us know what particular car/rego it is and we will try to provide guidance. The parking location is indicated in the parking instructions area of the app. In order to get there, Carnextdoor support said: "Borrowers gat a map with the live gps location on the second step of the trip flow. They need to click start pickup, read the instructions, then click next to get the location"
