I’m sorry to have to leave a bad review but the car was not in the location the owner claimed it to be in, had to call the helpline to locate the car and then I had to Catch another Uber to find the car mind you I still couldn’t find it. I had to walk around at midnight with a suitcase looking for the car it was in a maccas car park. to make things worse the car was abosilue filth I’m sorry but that is disgusting I should of paid $40 more and hired a car from a car hire company. there was old tissues and a sock in the door. dusty inside and out. please clean your car and make sure the directions are accurate this was unfair. Uber did say they will pay for my Uber fares but that is not the point. anyway bye
