"BB" is a fantastic sized car, she is a zippy All wheel drive SUV. Seats fold down to be used like a van. An old but reliable manual Honda HRV that seats Four adults comfortably. There is a usb for a phone charger. Bring your old cassette tapes or just listen to some preset community radio stations. Air conditioned.

Good car, does the job
The car was extremely dirty when I picked it up, I couldn't even see from the rear mirror nor from the side mirrors, I had to stop at a service station and clean them. When I reach the 80km/h the car was shaking, very unsafely. But it gets worse: I parked the car from 6pm to 9pm and when I got back to the car, the battery was flat. I had to call assistance and pay $77 (which I hopefully get back from Car next door) and waited for 1 hour for someone to pick me up. The jump-start the car and said "the battery is gone, don't turn it off until you get home otherwise it won't start again" Imagine how I felt driving back to drop off the car, fearing that it could turn off again It is highly unsafe to rent the car in these conditions and Car Next Door should do more checks before allowing people to rent their car just because they want to make Easy money. This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE since I've been using this app
Sorry to hear that Rudy, the car is kept outside so dust does settle on it sometimes despite getting a monthly wash, from the photos it does not look so bad... After your trip I checked the car and seemed to start without a problem, so it appears you must have left the lights on or something to cause the battery to drain. If that happens again, you should call CND and press 1 for NRMA roadside assistance which is included therefore I doubt you will be reimbursed for the $77. Next time you should probably pay more and choose a car less than 3 years old. Despite it's age, my car is serviced regularly and more frequently than reccomend by a professional mechanic every 3-4 months... because I take safety very seriously, I will have the mechanic check for problems on freeway driving next time it is serviced despite your obvious lack of understanding of cars or the Car Next Door policies.
