When I got the car it was super messy with garbage all through out it

The car was poorly kept, it was not clean inside or out. There was no windscreen washer so couldn't clean the windows and the wing mirror was full of cobwebs so it was difficult to see at night. The rear view mirror is broken/loose and dips down every so often, so you have to keep adjusting it whilst driving. The car however drove fine.
