Car and keys were difficult to find which cost me 15 minutes of my trip and had to extend. Once i found the car it was dirty and covered in animal air and smelled like a wet dog. More care should be taken in maintaining this car.
Hi Francesca, Thank you for your feedback and concerns. We understand the apartment complex can be a little confusing. If you have any suggestions as to how we can make it easier to find the car we would be glad to hear them. We do try and keep the car as clean as possible (and is dog friendly), however we'll look into a deep clean for it Please reach out if you have any more feedback!
