Easy process, van was a great help while my truck was being repaired!
Ok - had to wait half an hour for the van to be returned from previous hirer but my time was extended by an hour so all good in the end.
It worked well. The only issue was the pick up that I didn't receive the location of the car neihter any confirmation until the pick up time.
