fuel was empty at pick up but I have left it just over 1/4 tank

You get what you pay for but thisbia a bit of a death trap. Left window is held up by selotape and the main left light doesn't work. We drove it in the rain and it was wheel spinning on hills so I assume the tires are bald as well. Also, a sticker is conveniently placed over the check engine light. The advertised moving blankets are in fact a single bed sheet & 2 bath mats.
