Van is filthy both inside and outside that in my opinion is a health and safety hazard. Mouldy windows, Rear door rubber seal is broken, fuel tank was less than 1/5 capacity, fuel door is hard to operate. I am disappointed that Uber allowed this van to be available for rental at its current state of poor cleanliness and long list of items require urgent attention.
