I loved borrowing car from Kevin, car was clean , full tank petrol. Well maintained. Very helpful owner and prompt reply anytime.
Disappointed i've been flagged for returning a messy car. :( Im waiting to see the photos sent as a claim, but was initially thrilled to hire a brand new car that handled so well. I have no pets, instructed my daughter to leave the Uber h20+mints where they were for the owner when he next worked as an Uber driver. 9 days of hire I wish i'd paid to one of the other fab owners i've hired from.
This borrower not only left car in a mess but also acted really inappropriately. This borrower returned the car and ended the booking but didn’t return the key to the lockbox. Instead, they took the car after the booking. They returned the car an hour and a half after they had been back and ended the booking. They then called me because they couldn’t access the lockbox. I had to have the car cleaned professionally after this borrower and car next door emended the time that the booking ended to the later time when they actually returned the car. FYI the water and mints are for borrowers, not Uber..? As anyone can see from all of my reviews except this one, all of them are a thumbs up and my borrowers always have a great experience :) If this borrower had returned the car clean and on time I would have given them a thumbs up. I had no choice but to thumbs down because I wouldn’t want them to borrow my car again.
