Car was lovely to drive and Kyu-Won was personable.
Very nice guy. Unfortunately the car was in a car par with no instruction on what level. I had to contact and wait. The previous hirer did not refuel and the car was not cleaned. I started my trip at 10:00 as the low fuel light was flashing. When I returned the car the lovely owners dropped me off. How do I claim the fuel money back. And what else do have to Do.
