There were no keys in the lock box when picking up the car and the car smelt of cigarette smoke.
Raj was really super helpful, very communicative and responsive and just around the corner to help with any issues. He even very kindly dropped me off at the train station (which is just a convenient 10min walk) after I returned the keys. The car is good. We took it out to the Grampians and had no issues.
