I was unable to fill it with petrol as the cap wouldn't work. It was almost empty when I picked it up so I guess the previous person had the same issue. I was charged for the time and mileage wasted and was unable to do the work I needed to do so an expensive day all round. Hannah didn't respond when I contacted her with my complaint about being over charged. Seat belt felt worn and difficult to click in. This is the second negative review.
