Understandably, the van is new a good price and handy to the city - it gets multi hired every day probably, BUT mark is not in control of the cleanliness or the smell in the van and in this instance the previous renter had not cleaned the van and had smoked in it even though it is a non smoking vehicle before I collected it? Petrol had not been filled either?
