The car was super dirty both inside and out. Overdue for a service (as per the sticker inside the car) and the steering sometimes pulled off to the side. The inside of the car had things falling apart and it just overall was much less satisfactory than my other car share experiences. The only reason I’d rent again would be if it was the closest car and I couldn’t get dropped somewhere else.

I'm glad everything satisfied you except for the cleanliness, I try to keep my car as clean as possible so I clearly haven't met your standards and I apologise for this. As for things falling apart and the steering, I'm not sure what this is, would you mind giving me some more information? I drive this car most days and haven't found either of those issues before.. thanks! Sam
