Clea's Audi A3 was a great experience! The car was clean (interior & exterior), had more than 1/4 tank of gas, and was easy to unlock. I had some issues with accessing information via the app to secure the keys in the lock box at the end of the trip. Clea was very pleasant and helped resolve the issue right away. However, picking up the vehicle was not entirely straightforward (by no fault of Clea). Admittedly, this was my first time using the service. But having used similar services in other cities in the past, I found the pickup process to over complicate things when they should have been much more transparent. This resulted in the trip time going over as I ended up running late for the errands I used the service for. Not a deal breaker though, just a learning experience which I will keep in mind during my next rental.
