Great car, aaesome for moving house in an urban area. Car a lottle hard to find but very achievable. Returning car a lottle difficult also, but all in all a great experience.
25mins of the booking were spent finding the car. Seriously ridiculous instructions. We navigate to the address, and then the instructions start from Victoria street. So confusing. Then finding the entrance to the carpark, then the carspot. Then using a different buzzer for the garage door. At one point we were also in the wrong basement. The car was awesome though once we finally go to it.
Hi, thanks for your feedback. I understand your pain and I wish I can make it a little bit easier for people to find Fred but so far that the best way I have found due to the design of the property. I also wish I can include sky view from google map to explain further more but that is not available on CNR. If im here, a quick phone call and im more than happy to come down and bring people directly to the car. I really apologize for the time wasted.
